ZIP FILES

Your purchased digital product files will download in one or multiple .ZIP folders. The files must be extracted from the .ZIP folder using an extraction program such as WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for MAC users).

If your download indicates that it is empty, damaged, corrupt or password protected the .ZIP folder did not download correctly. Delete the .ZIP folder from your computer and clear your internet browser's temporary internet files cache. Then redownload the file from your Purchases Page via your Etsy account.
